Return & Refund Policy

We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from MrFox, so we are delighted to offer you a straight forward and generous return and exchange policy.

• Duration: you can return products within seven days from delivery date
• Causes: just tell us by email why you are not fully satisfied, no other questions asked
• Product conditions: The product may be opened for testing but needs to be at least 90% full. All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging.
• Process: Contact us by email at info@mrfox.com. We can either organize a pick up from your location or you can deliver the product to our office in Dubai.
• Refund: MrFox will refund the full product price excluding shipping charges for delivery and return. We will endeavour to process your refund request within two weeks. Of course we will refund the re-delivery charges, if the error has been occurred from our side.
• Exclusion from policy: All our items are falling under the below return and refund policy, except the Item is individually created, hence it is not possible to get refund or return, all customized Item sales are FINAL.
• This policy applies to UAE as well as international sales
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from MrFox. For more information please contact us via email info@mrfox.com

Order Cancellations

If you like to cancel an order you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 12 hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.

Terms & Conditions

All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. MrFox is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.

If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
